Thanks to a comparatively low temperature (from 30 to 55 degrees Celsius) and 100% humidity, hammam does not cause stress on the body, but on the contrary, relaxes it. Also, an important feature is the creation of temperature by heating the walls, floor and benches of the hammam, which makes staying in any of its places equally comfortable.
